What information about you do we gather?

In general, you may visit the Sites without identifying yourself or disclosing any Private Information or location information. While you use the Sites, eVero may collect certain Private Information and location information about you, including the date and time of your access, the pages you have accessed, the name of the Internet Service Provider (ISP) and the Internet Protocol (IP) address by which you are accessing the Internet, and the Internet address from which you linked to our Sites. We also collect information about your computer or mobile device, including its operating system, your precise location, and information about your cellular network and network provider. We use this information to better understand how our Sites are being used so that we can improve their quality and make the Sites more beneficial to our users, including you.

We use the Private Information we collect about you to operate our Sites optimally, provide customer support, respond to your requests, and process any transactions that have been authorized. We may also use your Private Information to verify your identity, send you information, or contact you in relation to an eVero product or service.

When we collect information about you, we inform you about why we are asking for your information and what we intend to do with it. You may “opt out” of certain uses of your Private Information or elect not to receive future communications or services, although you may still be able to access many portions of the Sites.

Will we share this information with third parties?

We do not sell any of your Private Information or location information. We do not share any of your Private Information or location information with any third party except as required by law including the United States Medicaid Electronic Visit Verification Programs (EVV); the United States 21st Century Cures Act, Public Law No: 114-255 (2016); and the United States Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 301-1305 (Suppl. 4 1934).
In certain instances, we may make your Private Information and location information available to third parties providing services on our behalf. We will only provide those third parties with information that is necessary for them to perform their services. Lastly, eVero may disclose your Private Information if required by law or necessary to protect the rights of eVero or its employees.

The Sites may contain links to other websites and social media platforms (“Third-Party Sites”). When you click a link to a Third-Party Site, the privacy and security policies of such Third-Party Site apply. eVero is not responsible for the privacy practices, content or accuracy of such Third-Party Site, and eVero does not assume any responsibility for any communications or materials available at Third-Party Sites or their accuracy. What are Cookies and Identifiers?

Our Sites use cookies and other technologies such as web beacons to provide our services, help us to measure and users’ behaviors, prevent fraud, provide security, help us better understand how users interact with our Sites and comply with applicable laws. What Location Information do we gather?

eVero does not share your geolocation and GPS information with any third party except as stated in this Privacy Policy. We collect your geolocation and GPS information (“Location Information”) when you utilize the Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) functionality of Our digitalAGENCY Mobile product. Location Information is only collected during service delivery and documentation.  We collect the following Location Information about you to support this functionality: latitude, longitude, street, street code, city, state, and zip code.

How do we use the Location Information we gather?

We use your Location Information to record, report and validate information as required by law including without limitation to comply with the United States Medicaid Electronic Visit Verification Programs (EVV); the United States 21st Century Cures Act, Public Law No: 114-255 (2016); and the United States Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 301-1305 (Suppl. 4 1934).

We upload and store your Location Information to servers owned and/or operated by eVero when your device is online. We store your Location Information on your device’s database when Your device is offline. We share your Location Information with the state Department of Health via its EVV portal for the billing to Medicaid of personal care services and home health services. We share your Location Information with third-party billing providers in accordance with billing instructions provided to us. We use your Location Information in the “Reports and Analytics” section of the eVero platform.
