JOB SUMMARY

eVero Corporation has been helping health and human services organizations of all sizes solve complex technology challenges for over 20 years. Our proprietary software platform optimizes workflows while increasing transparency and productivity, and works to create a connected ecosystem across the entire I/DD care continuum. We are on the lookout for a motivated, tech-savvy, customer-focused individual to fill the Account Manager, Level I position in our organization.

The Level I Account Manager develops relationships with existing small to mid-sized eVero clients to serve as their main point of contact. They will seek to ensure customer satisfaction and increase revenue through business expansion opportunities with these accounts. This person must possess a strong knowledge of the products and services being offered and ensure that they consistently meet client needs. The Level I Account Manager may be required to occasionally visit client locations to ensure client satisfaction and promote contract renewal.  He/She will also support a higher-level Account Manager that manages larger accounts.

 

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain a strong, positive relationship with clients and inform them of eVero initiatives.
  • Act as the client’s advocate to ensure that their requests are met with a focus on improving the customer experience
  • Research current client behaviors to understand changing needs and identify new business opportunities
  • Regularly communicate with clients to ensure the timely and successful delivery of eVero solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to keep them informed of client needs
  • Clearly communicate the progress of requests/initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Display strong and effective interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and staff
  • Perform other duties as needed upon request by the immediate supervisor

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Minimum of 1 years experience in a customer service role
  • Working in an office environment, and as part of a team
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience in using Project Management tools (JIRA, Monday.com, Halo PSA)

The salary range for this position is $30 – $37 per hour, depending on experience.
