Software Developer, Level III

JOB SUMMARY

We are currently looking for a motivated and tech-savvy individual to fill a Software Developer, Level III position in our organization.

The Software Developer Level III is responsible for designing, developing and overseeing enterprise-level applications using .NET and Angular/React technologies. This role involves managing a team of developers, driving the software development lifecycle, and ensuring that the software meets both technical and business requirements. The Software Developer Level III is also expected to mentor team members, enforce best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and develop modules for enterprise system applications using C#, Angular, and React.
  • Create and optimize SQL stored procedures, queries, and Transact-SQL scripts to ensure efficient data management and application performance.
  • Oversee the design and development of applications using .NET, Angular, and React.
  • Ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability through best practices and coding standards.
  • Design and implement software architecture that is scalable, reliable, and secure.
  • Collaborate with architects to ensure alignment with overall system architecture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Proficiency in .NET framework, .NET Core, C#, MVC and ASP.NET.
  • Strong knowledge of Angular or React for front-end development.
  • Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL Server) and ORM tools (e.g., Entity Framework, LINQ).
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Azure DevOps).
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices architecture.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Proficiency in the English language; fluency in Spanish a plus.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Holds a minimum of 3-5 years in a lead or senior development role.
  • Extensive experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET and .NET Core and front-end technologies like Angular or React.
  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications.
  • Relevant certifications in .NET, .NET Core, Angular, or React are advantageous.

The salary range for this position is $125,000 – $150,000
