Because today’s I/DD care is information-driven.

The move to electronic health records (EHR) was designed to advance population health and information management to achieve improved outcomes across the care ecosystem. But without adequately connected data, members of an Individual’s care team may not have enough information to make timely informed decisions about the Individual’s care needs.

The eVero platform solves that issue by connecting data from different organizations and third-party systems to create a centralized, person-centered ‘source of truth’ for all Circle of Care members. Collecting data from multiple sources allows us to verify data accuracy, and rapidly identify and rectify errors while maintaining data quality. It eliminates issues from siloed and out-of-date data, saves time, increases communication, and improves transparency.

Secure and Compliant Data Sharing

Successful integrations start and end with quality data.  We follow Healthcare industry standards and guidelines for the collection, storage, formatting, transport, and encryption of sensitive data to ensure seamless and secure interoperability across multiple platforms. Our platform’s data interoperability engine allows us to custom build each integration using standardized datasets and best practices, including:

  • Our platform collects data using industry-standard datasets, such as ISO, SNOMED, and RXNORM
  • We structure the data for transmission using standard formats, including XML, CSV, CCD/CDA, XACML, X12, HL7, and PIX
  • We send and receive the data via standard transport mechanisms, including FTP, SFTP, FTPS, APIs, EDI, and PNR
  • We use SSL certificates to ensure and enforce data encryption while in transit using the HTTPS protocol
  • All customer data collected and stored by eVero is kept protected in accordance with eVero’s corporate privacy policy

Bidirectional System Integrations

Our technical support team works together with clients and their vendors to design APIs for two-way data sharing between third-party systems.  Below are just a few types of systems integrations that we have in place, and the related benefits:

  • Accounts Payable (A/P) – send invoices directly to A/P system, with payment status updates sent back to the eVero platform.
  • Human Resources/Payroll – Enable employee demographic information to be sent directly to eVero, and allow time punches from eVero to flow to 3rd party time & attendance system.
  • Billing – transfer billable service detail electronically to billing platform, eliminating time lag and reducing the risk of manual data mistakes.
