ASFL’s Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP) — like many programs that manage personal care services for qualifying Individuals — is designed to ensure the care recipient can receive assistance in their homes, and retain a central role in selecting, hiring, training, and supervising their aide(s).
