East End Disability Associates, Inc. (EEDA) provides Traditional In-Home and Community-Based supports and services — including Self-Direction — to over 750 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD).

As EEDA recently expanded and increased the number of Individuals that they were supporting, the technology infrastructure they previously had in place didn’t scale with them. Although they were an early adopter of Electronic Health Records (EHR), they utilized separate, siloed systems for employee scheduling, service tracking, payroll, and billing management.
