eVeroSign™ gives eVero’s customers an easy-to-use, secure, and seamless way to manage the document signing process without paper-based methods or third-party software. Users simply add digital signature slots to their documents and send request emails with secure document links. Recipients click the link to view, electronically sign, and return the document, without having to print, manually sign, scan or fax. A Sequential Signing Option is available to collect multiple signatures in a predefined sequence, and a management dashboard proactively tracks every action taken on a document. Additionally, eVero’s HITRUST r2-certified platform and strict encryption and authentication protocols ensure document and data security.
