August 9, 2023; Melville, N.Y. – eVero Corporation, a leading software solution provider for the Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) sector, today announced that its eVeroMobile, eVeroPortal and eVeroConnect mobile apps are now available directly from Google Play and the Apple App Store. Previously these apps could only be downloaded from the eVero corporate website. Each app now has a new name and icon, but the functionality of each has not changed.

eVero’s native iOS and Android apps bring the power of eVero’s software platform right to the smartphone or tablet, enabling agency staff, caregivers, Individuals, and families to collaborate in real-time and securely access, share, and collect data and documentation from anywhere at any time.

  • eVeroMobile, previously known as digitalAGENCYTM mobile, is the mobile extension of eVero’s EHR software module. It enables agencies and staff to communicate with care team members in a timely manner, request and approve documents and ensure compliance with program requirements. Direct Support Professionals (DSP) and staff can securely view and acknowledge plans, complete service documentation at the point of care, upload records and documents and collect required EVV data from remote locations.
  • eVeroPortal, previously known as myCarePortalTM mobile, is eVero’s Family Self-Direction app. It lets Individuals and their Circle of Support proactively manage their services, monitor budgets and reimbursements, view and approve timecards and communicate and share information with their entire care team.
  • eVeroConnect, previously known as eVero Telehealth, enables eVero clients to deliver support services to Individuals remotely via compliant 2-way video conferences on mobile devices. It can be used to conduct both one-on-one and group video sessions and was designed to support the unique needs of both site-based and community-based programs.

“Apple’s Enterprise app review and testing timeframes have moved to a level that allows us to deliver the timely app updates, fixes, and/or feature enhancements that our users have come to expect,” said Casey Donovan, eVero’s Director of Product Management. “This change will improve the app installation and update experiences for all users, and it will more seamlessly interface with third-party Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions that many of our clients utilize.”
