JOB SUMMARY

eVero Corporation has been helping health and human services organizations of all sizes solve complex technology challenges for over 20 years. Our proprietary software platform optimizes workflows while increasing transparency and productivity, and works to create a connected ecosystem across the entire I/DD care continuum.

We are currently looking for a motivated and tech-savvy individual to fill the Product Manager, Level 1 position in our organization. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, the Product Manager is responsible for translating user requirements into functional software concepts and products. Responsibilities include:

 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct research in regulatory and workflows to understand requirements
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing process to ensure clean development for release
  • Collaborate with Education and Training to create content and help launch the eVero University Product
  • Draft Business Specifications outlining changes or new features to hand off to the development team
  • Participate in Design, Change Request, and other meetings, offering feedback and ideas for the product
  • Participate and/or lead internal or external training for new features/modules/products developed
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Account Management Teams
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to participate in discussions or demos with potential new clients
  • Act as liaison between the Support Team and Development Team to triage and resolve Level 3 Support Issues
  • Perform other duties as needed

Qualification & Required Skills

  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently, collaboratively, or leading a team while remaining agile and flexible in a rapidly changing environment and managing multiple competing priorities
  • Knowledgeable in reading and understanding Guidance Documentation from Regulatory bodies
  • Ability to leverage tools for tracking efforts, such as but not limited to, Halo, ADO, etc.
  • Willingness to learn or existing knowledge about the I/DD industry niche and client population

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 – 4 years of experience in a similar capacity
  • Demonstrable understanding of eVero Platform

The salary range for this position is $75,000 – $100,000 per year.
