We are currently looking for a motivated and tech-savvy individual to fill a Software Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst role in our organization.
The QA Analyst role will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality, reliability, and user satisfaction of our software products by conducting comprehensive testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and other validation processes. Collaborating closely with both the development and product teams, the QA Analyst will be responsible for identifying issues, verifying fixes, and contributing to the successful release of high-quality software.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Development and Product teams to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive test plans, strategies, and test cases that cover various scenarios.
• Conduct rigorous testing of our software to identify defects, inconsistencies, and potential areas of improvement.
• Validate third-party integrations within live client environments upon release.
• Review and validate incoming report and data export requests, creating detailed specifications for the development team based on the requests.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to verify products’ adherence to user requirements and established guidelines.
• Document and communicate issues, bugs, and enhancement suggestions clearly using appropriate tools. Collaborate with developers to aid in issue resolution.
• Report defects to developers when products fall short of specifications, offering solutions, improvements, and updates.
• Collaborate with the Product and UI Design Team to enhance workflows for existing features and develop new ones.
• Maintain well-organized data in the Demo Environment, catering to the specific needs of potential clients for successful demonstrations.
Qualification & Required Skills
• Willingness to learn or existing knowledge about the I/DD industry niche and client population.
• Knowledgeable in reading and understanding Guidance Documentation from Regulatory Bodies.
• Ability to ask questions effectively with clients to get to the heart of workflow issues.
• Possess strong strategic-thinking skills with an ability to collaborate with team members on best practices.

Required Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or experience in related field.
• Up to two years of experience in a Software QA role preferred.
• Demonstrable understanding of eVero Platform.
• Aptitude for leveraging tools to track efforts including but not limited to Halo, ADO, etc.
The salary range for this position is $33 – $38 per hour.
