Job Summary

We are currently looking for a motivated and tech-savvy individual to fill a Product Manager position in our organization.

The Product Manager (Non-Regulatory) will play a role in the full life cycle of the product, from idea/concept to testing, and training support back to the full team to help launch the functionality to our global client base. The Product Manager will investigate workflows, gather client feedback, and create business requirements to communicate back to the Product Development team to design optimal solutions within the products. This role will focus on non-regulatory system components, particularly expanding the participation of Individuals, Families, Vendors, and Staff.

 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct research in optimal workflows for individuals and families, as well as staff and vendors.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing process to ensure clean development for release
  • Collaborate with Education and Training to create content and help launch the eVero University Product
  • Draft Business Specifications outlining changes or new features to hand off to the development team
  • Participate in Design, Change Request, and other meetings, offering feedback and ideas for the product
  • Participate and/or lead internal or external training for new features/modules/products developed
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Account Management Teams
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to participate in discussions or demos with potential new clients
  • Act as liaison between the Support Team and Development Team to triage and resolve Level 3 Support Issues

Qualification & Required Skills

  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently, collaboratively, or leading a team while remaining agile and flexible in a rapidly changing environment and managing multiple competing priorities
  • Aptitude for leveraging tools to track efforts including but not limited to Halo, ADO, etc.
  • Willingness to learn or existing knowledge about the I/DD industry niche and client population
  • Possess strong strategic-thinking skills with an ability to collaborate with team members on best practices

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2 – 4 years of experience in a similar SaaS/ Software product-focused capacity
  • Demonstrable understanding of the eVero Platform (or ability to learn quickly)

The salary range for this position is $75,000 – $95,000 per year
